Notary Public

Notary Public is able to certify documents, witness signings, and commission oaths.
Ontario Notary Public's seal on a document indicates that according to client’s statement, the facts contained in the document are true, and has the same effect as swearing to tell the truth under oath in a court of law.

Notary Public

As of May 12, 2020, under Bill 190, the Ontario Government amended the Notaries Act providing for circumstances in which a notary public need not be in the physical presence of the person with respect to whom the notary public is exercising his or her powers.

Our Notary services can be provided in-person or virtually depending on the type of your document or service requested. Sealed and Ink-signed hard copies of your digital document(s) will be mailed by Omegal Legal Services to your mailing address upon request.
